    How long has TRX been in operation?


    Since 1988, TRX has pioneered the development of technologies and services that automate manual activities and processes complex data records. The company incorporated as TRX in Atlanta, Georgia, in 1999.

    TRX employs over 800 people in 8 locations worldwide. From data reporting to reservation processing to online booking, TRX technologies solve business needs to optimize our clients' performance.

    When did TRX stop providing call center services?


    TRX announced its strategic decision to exit the call center area of its business in late 2005. We substantially executed on these plans in 2006, first completing an alliance agreement in February 2006 with SWS, a Tata Sons Ltd. entity.

    Through our SWS alliance, we transferred all of our U.S.-based customer care operations, located in Parkersburg, West Virginia and Milton, Florida, to SWS. We also agreed to market and sell a joint technology and call center services offering to the global travel market place. TRX and SWS signed its first joint contract with Japan Airlines in September 2006.

    TRX transferred additional call center services to clients throughout the remainder of 2006. The company focuses on developing and hosting software applications for data reporting, reservation processing, and online booking.
