In 2005, we became a publicly-traded company on the NASDAQ, trading under the symbol TRXI. In 2006 and 2007, we acquired two powerhouses
in corporate travel data analysis and reporting, Travel Analytics
and Hi-Mark Software, augmenting our competency in data integration and taking a
leadership position in corporate travel data reporting.
Today, we support hundreds of clients in the global travel market place and are expanding our penetration in the
financial services and healthcare industries. In 2006, we recognized revenue of $116.3 million, of which $23.2 million was generated outside the U.S.
Our growth in both transactions processed and data managed has helped us generate a 37% compound annual growth rate in revenue in our core
transaction processing and data reporting businesses over the last seven years, from $16.8 million in 1999 to $90.5 million in 2006.
