Aaron Aycock joined TRX in early 2008 as the Director of Enterprise Application Development (EAD). He was promoted to Vice President, IT Operations and EAD in October 2008. As Vice President, IT Operations and EAD, Aaron oversees TRX’s global IT operations and internally facing development across North America, Europe and Asia. Before joining TRX, Aaron held IT leadership positions with Oracle, Sun Microsystems and AIG Agency Auto (AIGAA), specializing in the delivery of high-performance web applications and services. As Information Officer of Development and Infrastructure at AIGAA, Aaron introduced and led ITIL initiatives to stabilize IT operations, exceed uptime SLAs, and improve application performance. Process and Industry Certifications: • Developed a process of continuous improvement in IT Operations based on Lean principles, driven by metrics. • ITIL v2 certified and led infrastructure teams through ITIL certification, ranging from Foundation to ITIL Manager Designation. • Led design and development teams through process improvement projects to achieve CMMi certification. Aaron also has technical certifications from Oracle, Sun and Microsoft. Aaron holds a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida and an MBA from Duke University with an emphasis on Managing Innovation and Technology.
