Most recently, she was Vice President, Human Resources at Cadillac Jack, Inc. where she was instrumental in successfully leading the company through many organizational changes while serving as a mentor to members of the management team. Mimi earned a bachelor's degree in Business Management and her accreditation from the Human Resources Leadership Academy of the University of Georgia, Terry College of Business.
