Srinath Devireddy

Srinath (Sri) Devireddy joined TRX in April 2007 as President of TRX Asia. Under his leadership, he is charged with providing a world-class platform for IT and travel operations delivery from Asia; developing new Asia-centric business models; and expanding the TRX foot-print in the Asian market place.

Sri has more than 17 years of travel and technology industry experience and has held various senior positions at Travelocity/Sabre, United Airlines Mileage Plus and Orient Paints. He most recently served as Head of Global Operations at Patni Computers in India, where he led a team of more than 900 IT professionals and human resources individuals. His significant accomplishments included streamlining talent acquisition processes and building ground-up, highly motivated large IT/Business Process Outsourcing delivery teams. Sri’s extensive experience lies primarily in contact center operations, process engineering, Customer Relationship Management, global sourcing, and IT strategy, IT delivery and operations. 

Sri holds master's degrees in Industrial and Mechanical Engineering from Western Michigan University and AU College of Engineering–India, respectively, and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from SV University, India. He is also an American Society for Quality Control (ASQC), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) and a certified Customer Relationship Management (CRM) specialist.
