Gail Gunnells joined TRX as General Counsel in September 2007 after representing TRX as outside counsel since 1998. Before joining TRX, Gail founded her own firm, E. Gail Gunnells, P.C., and served as head of the Technology Practice Group at Long, Aldridge & Norman, LLP (now McKenna, Long & Aldridge). In addition, she was Deputy Chief Legal Advisor for the Georgia Institute of Technology and later served as in-house counsel for technology matters for the University System of Georgia. Prior to earning her law degree Gail worked as a Staff Member in the United States Senate and as a Business Development Specialist with the state of Georgia’s Advanced Technology Development Center. Gail holds a juris doctorate and a master's degree in Public Administration from The University of Georgia and a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Emory University.
