Carter Griffith is Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at TRX, where he leads a global team responsible for the company's budgeting, forecasting, reporting, financial analysis, M&A, and pricing negotiations. Carter joined TRX in 2002 as a financial analyst and was promoted to Director of Finance in 2005. In 2008, management of TRX's facilities and procurement functions were added to his responsibilities.

Prior to joining TRX, Carter held progressive roles with Arthur Andersen where he performed audit and advisory services for a diverse client base that included healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, and small enterprises.

Carter holds a bachelor's degree in Commerce with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Virginia.
