John F. Davis, III

John F. Davis, III has served as director since January 2000. He has served as CEO of Birchstreet Systems since November 2008. He served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Dallas-based Pegasus Solutions, Inc. from 1989 to 2008. Mr. Davis also co-founded the toll-free ordering company, 800-FLOWERS, and founded ATC Communications, a telemarketing company. From 1979 to 1983, Mr. Davis was president of Mid-South Drilling Company. Mr. Davis is on the Board of Trustees of Texas Christian University in Fort Worth. Mr. Davis earned a bachelor's in business administration from Texas Christian University.
