John A. Fentener van Vlissingen

John A. Fentener van Vlissingen served as a director from January 2000 to October 2002 and since April 2005. He founded BCD Holdings N.V., which focuses on the travel industry and niche markets in financial services, in 1975 and served as its chief executive officer until 2003. He is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Directors of BCD Holdings N.V. He is Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Directors of SHV Holdings, the largest privately-owned company in the Netherlands, and is a co-founder and Advisory Board Member of Noro-Moseley Partners, a U.S. venture capital firm headquartered in Atlanta. Mr. van Vlissingen also serves on numerous other boards of directors internationally. Before founding BCD, he was a partner with Pierson, Heldring & Pierson, a private banking firm headquartered in the Netherlands.
