Mark R. Bell |
Mark R. Bell joined the TRX Board of Directors in November 2007. Mr. Bell is a retired senior partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP (PwC), and before joining PwC in 2002, he was a senior partner at Arthur Andersen LLP. Mr. Bell has broad-based financial management experience working with Fortune 500 companies in a leadership position providing a wide range of audit professional and advisory services, including many board-related activities. He serves on the Board of Reliability First Corporation and is the Chair of the Audit Committee. Additionally Mr. Bell serves on the Board of Directors of The Alliance Theatre, Junior Achievement of Georgia and is the past Board Chair of The Galloway School. He is a retired certified public accountant and a member of the AICPA and the Georgia Society of CPAs. Mr. Bell earned a bachelor's in Accounting from St. Louis University.
