In 2009, Max Miller was promoted to Head of Service Delivery and Enterprise Accounts and is responsible for the TRX Mid-Office solution, which includes leading a cross functional team responsible for service delivery, product development and relationship management. He also leads the Enterprise Account team, which provides account management and advisory services to our larger enterprise clients which leverage multiple TRX products. Max joined TRX in 2000 as a Sr. Financial Analyst and in 2006, he assumed responsibilities as the Global Account Partner for Expedia and was responsible for relationship management, client satisfaction and contract negotiations. Prior to TRX, he began his career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLC, where he was responsible for planning and executing external audits and advising clients on accounting and industry developments and proposed business performance improvement initiatives for product manufacturing companies. Max holds a bachelor's degree in Accountancy from the Georgia Southern University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
