Ratnesh Jaiswal is the General Manager for TRX Asia and is responsible for business in the Asia region and India office. He oversees operational delivery, customer management, SLA performance, key program and project delivery for the Bangalore office; including travel operations in exceptions support, business development, client services, sales, process reengineering, product support, quality assurance, and information technology.

Ratnesh joined TRX in 2005 as General Manager, Operations, for TRX Technologies India, prior to being promoted to his current role. Ratnesh’s employment history, before joining TRX, includes progressive operations management and sales roles with Siemens, Dell and Ebookers.com. 

Ratnesh earned a master’s in Tourism Management from Lucknow University and a bachelor's of Commerce with honors in Accounting and Taxation from Banaras Hindu University. He is Six Sigma Black Belt.

When not leading travel operations initiatives, Ratnesh enjoys Indian music, practicing yoga and meditation.
