Tom began his career with TRX back in February of 2000 shortly after the company incorporated in Atlanta, Georgia. Over the course of the last decade Tom has held several positions with increasing levels of responsibility, primarily in client facing relationship management and sales positions. In November of 2011 Tom was named SVP of Business Intelligence and Consulting and oversees the team that handles all client implementations and consulting engagements.

Before joining TRX, Tom worked for National Processing Company (NPC) where he was instrumental in the product design and roll-out of NPC's on-line payment processing solution, Commission Express. In his role as Vice President of Sales at NPC, he managed relationships with several of the world's largest travel suppliers, including Southwest Airlines, Hertz, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, and Radisson Hotels. Before NPC, Tom held a number of operational, training, marketing and sales positions with global car rental companies.

Tom earned a bachelor's degree in Social Sciences with a minor in Business Administration from St. Bonaventure University.
