The XTEND program provides TRX employees with annual paid leave hours to volunteer at non-profit organizations of their choice or company-sponsored initiatives. Every year, TRX provides donations to select foundations in the travel industry to support their missions and goals. For example, TRX is a long-standing contributor to the NBTA Foundation, which provides financial resources to conduct travel industry research and to provide scholarship opportunities for business travel professionals.
In addition, TRX maintains two internal programs to provide financial assistance to employees during difficult times:
- TRX Relief Fund: Developed in response to Hurricane Ivan, which had a significant impact to TRX's Milton, Florida employees and their families, the TRX Relief Fund enables employees to donate money to assist other TRX teammates in financial crisis. TRX matches contributions.
TRX Leave Donation Program: This program allows TRX employees to donate available paid time off to co-workers who are on unpaid leave due to circumstances outside of their control.
