ATLANTA, 02 February 2012 — TRX, Inc. (www.trx.com) (OTCQB: TRXI), a world-leading provider of travel technology, process automation, consulting and data services, today announced that Trip Davis, co-founder and chairman, TRX, Inc., will moderate the GBTA Masters Program at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Washington, D.C., on 6-7 February 2012. The Masters Program is produced by the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) in partnership with Amadeus.
Shane Hammond, president and CEO of TRX, serves as a member of the Masters Program Industry Advisory Board. Joining Hammond on the board are senior executives from Adtrav, Amadeus, American Express, Concur, Dav El, Delta Air Lines, Egencia and Wyndham Worldwide.
Davis is an eight-time chair and moderator of the program. For over twenty years, the Masters Program has been a premier executive forum for leaders in the corporate travel industry. The agenda features insightful discussions with some of the industry's most compelling speakers and leaders. This year Davis will moderate the following sessions:

Davis co-founded TRX in December 1999, served as the president and CEO for nine years and was named chairman of the board in December 2008. In February 2011, Davis accepted the appointment to be senior associate dean for external relations and president of the Darden School Foundation at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
