ATLANTA, 13 March 2008 — TRX, Inc. (NASDAQ: TRXI), a global technology company that develops and hosts software applications to process data records and automate manual processes, announced the successful completion of the second annual RESX100 Summit. RESX is a leading online booking tool allowing corporate travelers to create policy-compliant and on-budget travel reservations via a hosted Web interface. Hosted by RESX Technologies, TRX's RESX service delivery team, the two-day Summit brought together top travel management companies and corporations using RESX as well as a host of integration and alliance partners. The Summit featured a keynote address by TRX President and CEO Trip Davis, a best practices panel discussion on integrating travel booking and expense management, a review of RESX's 3rd party integration strategy, detailed discussion on future product development plans, and a review of upcoming marketing initiatives. The event also featured an alliance and integration partner exposition where nearly a dozen vendors showcased their integrated RESX offerings. "Attendance was more than double our inaugural Summit, and the positive attendee feedback indicated the Summit and the expo were an overwhelming success", said Shane Hammond, President, RESX Technologies.
