Global Travel Technology Company Signs New Building Lease with 11-Year Term
ATLANTA, 25 June 2008 — TRX, Inc. (NASDAQ: TRXI), a global technology company that develops and hosts software applications to process data records and automate manual processes, today announced the signing of a new lease agreement with NNN Park Central, LLC, et. al. to keep its corporate headquarters in Atlanta and move its location to The Park Central, 2970 Clairmont Road, Atlanta, Georgia 30329. The initial term of the building lease is 11 years. "We are excited to maintain our corporate headquarters in Atlanta and to move to the new facility. This is a great market for so many leading technology and software companies," said Trip Davis, TRX President & CEO. "With this lease, we have made a long-term commitment to Atlanta as our home base to continue the growth and momentum we have built globally in providing travel data technology software and services." TRX will rent approximately 43,562 square feet of office space in the new location, which offers a better utilization of space and provides a cost savings compared to the current lease. TRX will not renew its existing lease agreement, which expires on October 31, 2008, and anticipates relocating in the fourth quarter of 2008.
