TRX to Provide Full Access to Air Canada Content via Direct Connect Integration
Expanded Content Offering Improves Traveler Choice and Drives Savings to Corporations Using RESX

ATLANTA, 01 June 2009 — TRX, Inc. (NASDAQ: TRXI), a global leader in travel technology and data services, and Air Canada, Canada’s largest full-service airline and the largest provider of scheduled passenger services in the Canadian domestic, transborder and international market, today announced the completion and rollout of efforts to seamlessly integrate all of Air Canada’s content into RESX using the web services technology of both partners.

Air Canada will leverage its ac2u API (Application Programming Interface), the cornerstone of its direct connect services, while TRX will leverage the robust web services layer of RESX. RESX is a leading online booking tool allowing corporate travelers to create policy-compliant and on-budget travel reservations via a hosted Web interface.

In addition, RESX introduced a newly modified air shopping matrix as part of RESX v8.5. The new matrix displays Air Canada’s content and fare levels such as Tango, Tango Plus, Latitude and “A La Carte” service options, and the full range of Flight Pass products. RESX air shopping results now combine Air Canada’s content with content from other carriers, based on user search and corporate policy parameters, into one seamless display for user viewing and selection. “We took a forward-looking approach to bringing in Air Canada content and re-modeled our air shopping path to include Air Canada as well as accommodate the evolving approaches other carriers are using to merchandise content”, said Hammond.
