Hotel Contract Loading
Hotels provide different rates to different distributors based on the market potential, seasonal trends and other factors which adds complexity to managing hotel rates. TRX provides contract loading services to help manage current fares and help our client maintain high turnaround times for constantly incoming contracts.
Schedule Change
Schedule Changes occur frequently in travel operations resulting in additional costs to handle non-revenue generating transactions. TRX can automatically notify travelers of minor flight changes via e-mail to greatly reduce this cost. In addition travelers can be contacted via phone to work through misconnects or other major schedule changes.

Settlement & Reconciliation
TRX provides our clients with a comprehensive set of settlement and reconciliation support services. Our offering includes customized outsourcing of manual reconciliation of ticket values such as refunds, commissions, Miscellaneous Charges Orders (MCO’s) and voids for Airline reporting corporation (ARC) and Billing Settlement Processing (BSP). In addition, we offer settlement and reporting of Agency Debit Memos (ADM's), Agency Credit Memos (ACM’s) and charge backs.
Collections
TRX helps our clients improve revenue recovery through collecting payments due from suppliers and other travel related entities.
ADM & Refunds Processing
TRX provides fast and accurate research and reconciliation of airline debit memos or error payouts through liaising with airlines and GDS companies for waivers. Payout charge reconciliation and reporting is also available along with LTA tracking and refunds processing.
