Here’s how it works:

When a company books a hotel, the property name can be represented in numerous ways, including:

• The property's parent corporation
• An affiliated property
• A local variation of the property name
• An address name

When one single hotel is reported under multiple property names, you often cannot tell what your accurate spend is at that individual property.

Our HNN utility corrects this issue. When a booking is made, the solution scans a central hotel property database and matches it based on standard features like phone, address, chain name and more. HNN helps you better manage, negotiate and adjust policy.
